What You Will Do

Oversee the Admissions process from referral to admission Serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, case managers, families and the clinical team Develop strong referral sources and educate referral partners on the centers services, clinical programs and outcomes! What We Are Looking For

• Previous Admissions / Sales experience in a LTC/ SNF setting
• Proven successful marketing/ sales results in a healthcare setting What We Offer
