Key Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Account Manager As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a major role in helping customers discover Frontier services while driving store sales performance.

• Welcome and assist customers in retail locations, creating a friendly and professional experience
• Educate customers on Frontier internet services, promotions, and connectivity solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and service packages
• Support daily sales goals by engaging customers and confidently presenting service options
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage customer accounts by explaining upgrades, service features, and promotional offers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Work alongside team members to help the retail location meet sales and performance targets

Qualifications
