In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of a powerhouse brandengaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You'll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen's industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes. And here's the best part: Uncapped commissions + hourly base Set hourly rate $20 Most team members average $25- $30 an hour Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour Top performers exceed $100,000 a year! We fuel your success with a 90-day training program and once you master the fundamentals, you'll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.
