Boardwalk Realty is hiring experienced, licensed real estate agents in Lakeland for our Zillow Flex program. As a Flex partner brokerage, we route live, high intent Zillow buyer opportunities directly to our agents every day. These are real buyers actively touring homes on Zillow, not cold internet leads. Top Producers Earn More. Agents with 10 plus closed transactions in the past 24 months also qualify for our mortgage partner lead program, which adds preapproved buyer leads from Veterans United, Chase Bank, and additional national lending partners on top of Flex. What You'll Do

:

• Respond to Zillow Flex leads within minutes (speed to lead is everything on Flex)
• Run buyer consultations and property tours across the Lakeland market
• Write, negotiate, and manage offers with our contract support team
• Hit Flex performance metrics on connection rate, appointments, and conversion
• Work your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with weekly accountability check ins You're a Fit If:
• You hold an active Florida real estate license
• You have a minimum of 1 year of full time real estate sales experience with closed transactions
• You're full time and available during business hours, including evenings and weekends (Flex demands fast response)
• You know how to convert leads and transfer them to lifelong referrals
• You live in or near the Lakeland market Unlock More Leads at 10 Plus Transactions: Agents who have closed 10 or more transactions in the past 24 months qualify for our mortgage partner lead program in addition to Zillow Flex. If that's you, say so in your application. This role is not a fit for newly licensed agents or part time agents.
