Duties

• Engage with prospects and customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Apply effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
• Manage pricing strategies by accurately calculating costs, discounts, and margins for various products or services
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards related to the prospects industry.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate timely order fullfilement.
• Support the organization's sales goals through proactive outreach, customer service excellence, and effective route management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles
• Strong math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and profit margins accurately
• Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively and building lasting relationships
