Responsibilities

: As a Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll support client-facing campaigns while developing practical skills in communication, strategy, and revenue growth:

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for local business clients
• Participate in on-site client consultations, identifying business needs and recommending customized solutions
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and deal tracking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Track campaign performance, update CRM data, and manage scheduling and reporting
• Help organize events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute creative ideas for client acquisition and retention What We're Looking For
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation (this is an on-site role in Cleveland, OH )
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Professional, outgoing, and comfortable in client-facing environments
