Responsibilities

• Identify prospects through research and knowledge of our core markets.
• Initiate contact with potential leads using a combination of cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualifying leads using BANT and rating based on internal criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage lead handoff and align messaging across channels. Required Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, quota driven
• Proficiency: CRM's and quoting tools
• Experience: outbound sales, prefer knowledge of construction or home technology Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
