STYLEXCHANGE is looking for a full-time or part-time Sales Associate/Stylist to join our Mount Pleasant team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, and excited to help customers feel confident through personalized styling and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

: Create a welcoming, fun, and engaging shopping experience for every customer Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalized styling recommendations Assist customers in fitting rooms, help build complete outfits, and drive sales Operate the register and process transactions accurately Help maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor Restock merchandise and support daily store operations Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

: Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented culture Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
