The ideal candidate will be experienced with automotive sales, present him or herself in a professional manner, and strive to deliver the absolute best service to our customers, both before and after the sale. Springs Automotive Group thrives on a no-pressure, customer first sales approach and a casual, non-corporate environment. We have over 450 of the most desirable used vehicles in the state. We sell all makes and models at all price points, Springs Automotive Group definitely has something for everyone. Repeat and referral are our top 2 sources of business. That's why we're looking for people who are excellent at building rapport with customers, who have superior communication skills, and who truly care about the people they're working with. Integrity and honesty are very important to us. We expect our sales staff to always act with integrity. We want customers that are so happy doing business with us that they come back for their 2nd and 3rd purchases, as well as send us their friends and family when they need a vehicle.
