Inside/Counter Sales We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and client support. Responsibilities

Inside/Counter Sales

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities.
• Manage inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing detailed product information and resolving questions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating data entry systems efficiently.
• Support client onboarding processes by guiding new customers through initial setup and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, proposals, and correspondence with clients.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by applying problem-solving skills and offering effective solutions.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality service delivery.
• Inside/Counter Sales Skills
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services within a call center environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent English language skills; bilingual capabilities are a plus for broader outreach.
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer literacy.
• Effective phone communication skills with a professional demeanor and proper call etiquette.
• Customer service problem-solving skills combined with active listening techniques.
• Ability to handle cash transactions or related financial data is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical skills for assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems or other sales tools is beneficial.
