Description Our property management company based in Minneapolis, seeks a Leasing Consultant for luxury high-rise apartment complexes in the Minneapolis area.

Duties

• Two years of college education are preferred.
• Two years of leasing or sales experience are highly preferred. A top candidate will have two or more years of experience in a luxury atmosphere.
• Be reliable, flexible and energetic.
• Be organized and self-motivated.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to negotiate and close lease agreements.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi Voyager is preferred.
• Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge and experience with Section 42 Housing
• Be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Be open to the possibility to cover at least one day of the weekend shift (taking a day off during the week to compensate for each worked day of the weekend shift). Position includes full benefits and great working environment. This position can be a very lucrative opportunity for someone who is driven. Base salary, and market leading commissions are offered as part of the compensation package. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
