Account Manager Commercial Landscaping Houston, TX $70,000 $85,000 base + bonus + commission + company vehicle About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established commercial landscaping company in Houston to hire an Account Manager. This is a client-facing role managing a portfolio of commercial properties, focused on relationship management, service delivery, and growing revenue within accounts. If you enjoy being out in the field, building relationships, and spotting upsell opportunitiesthis is a strong fit. What You'll Be Doing Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
• Conduct regular site visits across your portfolio
• Handle client requests and resolve issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with property managers Account Growth (Increase Your Earnings)
• Identify and sell landscape enhancement projects
• Upsell services such as irrigation, tree care, and seasonal color
• Prepare proposals and pricing
• Partner with operations teams to deliver projects Service Oversight
• Work closely with field teams and branch leadership
• Ensure services are delivered to contract standards
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in commercial landscaping or similar field service industry
• Experience managing client relationships or accounts
• Ability to spot opportunities and confidently upsell services
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field What's on Offer
