Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist contractors in selecting kitchen and bathroom cabinetry solutions while driving sales growth through excellent service, product knowledge, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting kitchen and bathroom cabinets based on project needs, design preferences, and budget.
• Generate new sales through walk-in customers, referrals, contractors, and outbound prospecting.
• Prepare quotes, layouts, and estimates using cabinet design software.
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
• Understand cabinet product lines, materials, finishes, accessories, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate orders with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams.
• Resolve customer questions, issues, and order changes professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen cabinets sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with design software (20/20).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus.
