Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients or new services for existing clients with a advising/selling mindset/structure.
• Use of phone, CRM software, and email to discuss client needs and provide estimates for signature.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and inbound interest
• Meet with residential and/or commercial clients to assess landscaping needs
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service recommendations
• Close sales and coordinate project details with operations crews
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in a CRM system
• Actively pursue new clients and earn commission on every deal you close
• Meet with property owners and managers to identify opportunities to sell high-value landscaping services
• Create and present estimates that turn needs into revenue-generating solutions
• Close deals and hand off sold work to operations so you can focus on selling more
• Build a personal book of business with repeat clients and upsell opportunities
• Track leads and performance to maximize commissions and hit (or exceed) sales goals
• Striving for and obtaining weekly/monthly sales targets
• Fast paced, friendly work environment Hours/Schedule Year round or seasonal position Mon-Fri (8 am 4:30pm or 9 am - 5pm) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Expected hours: 35.0 40.0 per week
