Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships Home Health Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Palm Beach Territory Expansion)

Compensation

: Base Salary up to $200,000 + Performance Bonus + Commission Total Earnings Potential: $300,000+ annually

As we continue our aggressive growth throughout Broward County, including expansion into Palm Beach County, we are seeking an exceptional healthcare sales professional who has consistently delivered high-volume Medicare admissions and built lasting referral relationships throughout the healthcare continuum. This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for a proven producer who can immediately impact admissions growth and market expansion.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The successful candidate will be expected to drive significant Medicare census growth and establish Home Care Providers as the preferred home health partner within the market.

Minimum Qualifications

(Required) Candidates will only be considered if they meet all of the following requirements: Minimum 10 years of successful Home Health Sales and Marketing experience Demonstrated Medicare Home Health sales experience with verifiable results Proven ability to generate a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month Minimum 5 consecutive years with at least one Home Health employer in a sales or marketing leadership role Established referral relationships throughout Broward and/or Palm Beach Counties Strong understanding of Medicare Home Health eligibility, regulations, and referral development History of exceeding admission and census growth targets Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing marketing teams
• Experience opening new territories or markets
• Existing relationships with hospitals, physician groups, ACOs, managed care organizations, and post-acute providers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:
• Generate and sustain a minimum of 50 Medicare admissions per month.
• Develop strategic partnerships throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties
• Expand referral source relationships and increase market share
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and referral satisfaction
• Contribute to acquisition integration and market expansion initiatives

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000
• Monthly and Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• Commission Program
• Total Annual Earnings Potential: $300,000+
