Compensation

• $65,000 Base Salary

Overview

We are seeking a driven, disciplined Account Manager to grow referral relationships and drive new business across Palm Beach County. This is a true outside sales role for a self-starter who thrives in the field, builds long-term partnerships, and consistently opens new referral channels for non-skilled personal care services. This role is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who does not need micromanagement and understands how to create momentum through daily activity, relationship building, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound sales efforts to generate new referral relationships
• Set and attend in-person appointments throughout assigned territory
• Canvas a large Palm Beach County territory daily
• Build, maintain, and grow a strong referral pipeline
• Establish as a trusted partner for home personal care services in PBC
• Track activity, appointments, and outcomes consistently Call & Referral Targets
• Senior Living Communities
• Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
• Concierge Physicians
• Assisted Living Facilities & Skilled Rehab Centers
• Hospitals
• Long-Term Care (LTC) & Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Facilities
• Relevant Associations (Alzheimer's, senior advocacy groups, etc.)
• Estate Planning Attorneys
• Realtors with 70+ year-old client bases
• Any strategic partner referring in-home personal care services

Requirements

• Proven outside healthcare sales experience
• Demonstrated successful sales track record
• Highly disciplined, motivated, and self-managed
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and field canvassing
• Experience calling on LTC/Nursing Home Directors & Administrators
• Reliable transportation and ability to cover a large territory daily
