Searching for a FT Leasing Agent for our Cleveland downtown apartment community. Great Hourly Pay and Commissions. Come join our team and apply today. Seeking an individual who is self-motivated, friendly and professional with excellent customer service, leasing and marketing experience. This individual will greet prospective tenants, prepare and schedule property viewings, conducting property tours and interview prospective tenants. Prior leasing experience required. Excellent communicating skills in-person and on phone, someone who is energetic, computer savvy and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

include:

• Knowledge in all phases of leasing, greeting prospective tenants, showing community features/benefits, answering phone calls and email inquiries from prospective new tenants and current residents.
• Accepting applications to secure leases from qualified applicants and complete all paperwork and computer entry associated with leasing activities.
• Assists in maintaining weekly traffic log and delivering to Manager.
• Assists in marketing efforts to promote the property positively. This includes documenting information (market surveys) regarding the property's market area conditions, the competition, area amenities and area services on a monthly basis. Also marketing the community (market local businesses, outreach programs, corporate programs).
• Assist the Property Manager in collecting rents, delinquents, move-ins and move-outs
• Assist in resident retention and works with lease renewals each month along with other office staff and Manager.
• Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Completing service requests from residents and deliver to maintenance/manager for prompt processing.
• Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair housing and all other laws pertaining to Apartment.

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in Leasing, Marketing and Property management preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Computer oriented and efficient in Microsoft Office and industry software programs
• Social Media Savvy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
