Crane Midas is growing, and we're looking for a Fleet Sales Representative to help us build partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, contractors, delivery companies, service fleets, and commercial accounts throughout the market. What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new fleet and commercial accounts
• Visit local businesses and decision makers daily
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Present fleet maintenance and repair solutions
• Generate new revenue opportunities across multiple locations
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Grow fleet sales volume and account retention What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience preferred
• Outside sales, B2B sales, fleet sales, automotive sales, or account management experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and driven by results
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission
