We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new referral sources, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative plans to increase new referral sources. Responsibilities

Executes Kids Thrive's business development strategies to grow qualified leads and increase referrals. Conducts outreach visits to childcare centers, schools, pediatric practices, community agencies, healthcare facilities, and other potential referral sources. Represents Kids Thrive at events, conferences, health fairs, and professional gatherings to promote program awareness. Builds and maintains productive relationships with referral sources and community partners. Serves as a liaison for assigned accounts, providing timely communication, followup, and support. Identifies new referral opportunities and gathers feedback to assess partner needs and satisfaction. Supports the delivery of community presentations, workshops, and educational sessions. Ensures marketing materials are distributed effectively and reflect program standards. Tracks outreach activity, referral trends, and community engagement using designated tools. Provides field insights related to community needs, access barriers, and opportunities for program growth. Collaborates with Directors, Admissions, and Quality/Data teams to support referral flow and program success. Join our team today and make a difference! Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
