Job Title: Sales & Project Management Coordinator

The Opportunity: You will work alongside our VP of Sales and Marketing to grow our West Coast business. Our customers include many of the biggest brands in beauty, fragrance, and food/beverage. You'll get an up-close and personal view into how high-profile brands work and plenty of mentorship to maximize your success. Expect to learn a ton about B2B sales, the cosmetics industry, packaging, and more. We'd love a smart, hungry person to take this role and, over the next few years, grow into a sales or project management leader in our company. MAJOR growth opportunity for the right person. What You'll Do

:

• Coordinate logistics for customer meetings; prepare samples and presentation slides in advance of meetings
• Take notes during customer meetings; own follow-ups and make sure loose ends get tied up
• Track progress of West Coast customer projects
• Communicate with customers and suppliers about ongoing projects
• Manage shipment, pick-up, and organization of product samples
• Lead customer relationships & drive growth Must-haves in a Candidate:
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Beauty, cosmetics, or packaging industry experience is preferred
• Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making
• Humility. A willingness to learn and grow
• Smarts and Grit. Willingness to learn and do the little things right
• Ability to organize and process large amounts of email communication
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva Nice to Haves In a Candidate:
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry or packaging
• Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles Logistics/Details:
• This is a full-time, in-office job in Culver City (Zip Code: 90232).
• You must have a reliable vehicle to get to customer meetings and handle other business around the LA area.
• We work with customers and suppliers around the world - you must be able to respond to time-sensitive e-mails and take calls outside of normal working hours.
• You must be able to travel to meetings outside the LA area (a few times per year).
• We're hands on with our product - You must be able to carry boxes of product samples (up to 30 lbs.) and help with basic display setup.
