Key Responsibilities

HUNT FOR NEW BUSINESS: Prospect warehouses and logistics facilities through daily in-person visits (door-to-door). Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close new accounts consistently Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to set meetings and drive conversions Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems Develop and deliver tailored service presentations Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Coordinate site visits and ensure professional client engagement --- Ideal Candidate Profile Proven success in outside sales / B2B / door-to-door sales Strong hunter mentality self-motivated, resilient, and competitive Comfortable with high rejection environments and fast-paced activity Excellent communication and closing skills Highly organized with strong time management Must have reliable transportation Logistics or warehousing experience (preferred) Trilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) is a plus ---

Requirements

and Environmental Conditions: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Able to bend, lift, stoop, crawl, sitting and standing for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity, if necessary. Ability to hear and understand audible signals and instructions in a noisy environment. Good vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision. Exposure to loud noises and vibration. Clear verbal and nonverbal communication abilities to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and report any safety concerns promptly. Ability to move through warehouse/offices safely.
