Farmers Insurance Team North Star is growing in the Twin Cities and looking for motivated individuals who bring an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something of their own within a structured, supportive environment. In this role, you'll focus on growing your client base, increasing your income through performance, and developing the skills needed to advance your career backed by direct support from district leadership.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your book of business from day one
• Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Recommend coverage across auto, home, business, and life insurance
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline What We Offer

• 1-3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by income growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable with a desire to learn and improve
