Roof Smith is Colorado #1 roofing company, and we're expanding our sales team. We're looking for ONE motivated, hungry salesperson to join our team and build a career with unlimited earning potential. TERRITORY: This position covers the Denver Metro area. Candidates from this area are encouraged to apply. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Meet with homeowners to inspect storm-damaged roofs
• Work directly with insurance companies to get claims approved
• Present roofing solutions and close contracts
• Manage your own schedule and territory
• Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Work outdoors and climb on roofs (physical job requirement) COMPENSATION:
• 40% commission on ALL sales (industry-leading rate)
• 100% commission - NO base salary or hourly pay
• Average first-year reps earn $60,000-$80,000
• Top performers earn $100,000-$150,000+
• Warm leads provided through our referral network and marketing WHAT WE PROVIDE:

• Clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable on roofs and ladders (required - not for people with height fears)
• Available for full-time work (40-50+ hours per week)

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we train the right attitude! IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Previous sales experience in ANY industry (cars, real estate, retail, B2B)
• Construction or home improvement background
• Customer service experience
