Join One of Texas' Fastest Growing RV Dealerships RV Depot has been helping Texas families get approved and into affordable RVs for over 35 years. As a family-owned dealership, we specialize in in-house financing and work with customers from all credit backgrounds. Our mission is simple: when others say no, we work hard to find a way to say yes. What You'll Do

• Meet with customers shopping for travel trailers, fifth wheels, and RVs
• Guide customers through our in-house financing process
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Learn our inventory and help customers find the best RV for their needs
• Work closely with our finance and management team to close deals
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals

Compensation

Annual Earnings: $60,000 - $150,000+ Our compensation plan rewards hard work.

• Guaranteed draw: $2,500 per month
• Commission: $500-$900 per trailer sold
• Monthly bonuses: Thousands of dollars in additional bonus opportunities based on performance
