Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest with a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach, creating a positive first impression from the moment they enter the dealership.
• Maintain current knowledge of all assigned manufacturers by completing required OEM training programs and certifications in a timely manner.
• Develop expertise across multiple brands and product lines to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and ownership options tailored to each customer's needs.
• Proactively follow up on sales leads generated through the dealership's website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process by providing knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and personalized service.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and other departments to ensure a seamless dealership experience and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; experience in powersports, automotive, or retail sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely move and position motorcycles and other powersports vehicles as needed.
• Ability to obtain a Motorcycle License
