The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for wellness and client care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the massage business, ensuring smooth workflow. Team Leadership & Staff Management
• Hire, train, and supervise massage therapists, front desk staff, and support personnel. Client Experience & Retention
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
• Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on excellence and collaboration.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Ensure employees adhere to attendance, dress code, and customer service policies. Skills
• Experience in managing a massage, spa, or wellness business preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in business operations, scheduling software, and financial management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
