Description: The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for driving recurring residential revenue growth through lead conversion, relationship building, and customer retention. This role works directly with homeowners to identify service needs, provide solutions across pest, lawn, termite, mosquito, rodent, pool, or other residential services, and deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial contact through ongoing account management. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and closing residential service sales
• Responding to inbound leads and self-generating opportunities
• Conducting inspections and presenting customized solutions
• Maintaining strong close rates and recurring revenue performance
• Building long-term customer relationships to support retention
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence
• Maintaining accurate CRM and sales activity records Successful candidates are competitive, self-motivated, coachable, customer- focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Requirements

:

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3yrs
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and physical
• expected to work at least 5 days a week and work every other Saturday you may need to be flexible to work every Saturday (depending on lead flow). Work Location: In person
