• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Representatives in your market
• Conduct field training, shadow reps, and teach effective door-knocking/inspection strategies
• Manage local territory pipelines to ensure your team hits monthly sales targets
• Hand off signed projects to our internal teams so you can stay focused on driving growth Training & Support
