Full description of the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Execution & Front Desk Associate to support daily client service, operations and front desk support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflows and delivering excellent support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Representative Support

• Assist with application processing and underwriting insurance cases for financial representatives
• Review, organize, and upload client and compliance documents
• Perform accurate data entry for client and compliance records
• Follow up on outstanding or late payments
• Send reminders for approved policies that have not yet been paid
• Manage and maintain internal feedlists
• Weekly meetings to maintain case open inventory for financial representatives
• Assist in any other administrative needs of financial representatives Office Operations
• Deliver and manage incoming/outgoing faxes
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and packages
• Prepare, print, and assemble onboarding and client folders
• Print additional forms (e.g., CIS, fact finders, and other documents)
• Handle weekly FedEx shipments and tracking Front Desk Operations
• Maintain and stock caf and office supplies
• Track inventory and report supply needs to the Office Manager
• Answer incoming calls and direct clients as needed
• Validate parking for visitors and clients
• Prepare and send requested policy deliveries to the Home Office

Required Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree
• Life & Health Insurance Licensed (or become licensed within 45 days of start date)
• Strong organization and detail oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
