About the Role

Caf Landwer is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized Catering Sales & Events Manager to grow our catering and private events business. This role is centered around sales, relationship building, and business development. You'll cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations, generate new leads, and manage catering and event clients from initial inquiry through successful execution.

What You'll Do

• Drive catering and events revenue through proactive sales outreach
• Build partnerships with offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, universities, residential buildings, and community organizations
• Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and in-person visits
• Manage catering and private event inquiries from start to finish, including overseeing packing & execution at the restaurant
• Assist clients with menu planning, logistics, and event details
• Coordinate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee catering presentation and guest experience
• Maintain client relationships and secure repeat business
• Track proposals, invoices, event calendars, and sales pipelines
• Support local marketing initiatives, tastings, and community events

What You Bring

• Experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, restaurant events, or account management
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Boston-area business connections and restaurant experience are a plus Work

• Flexible schedule, including some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel between Caf Landwer locations and off-site events
