Responsibilities

:

• Work directly with buyers to identify their needs, goals, and preferred communities
• Schedule and conduct property tours throughout the Treasure Valley
• Educate clients on financing options, inspections, contracts, and market conditions
• Negotiate offers while advocating for your clients' best interests
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the buying process
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business

Requirements

:

• Active real estate license in Idaho
• Excellent communication and listening skills
