As our Sales Professional, you will use your sales talents to build and maintain customer relationships through a non-pressure, consultative selling process of campers & RVs. These valued relationships and product offerings will create family fun & memories that last a lifetime. Every day you will use your sales abilities to help customers select the best unit for their needs; present and sell other value-added options; perform feature, function and benefit demonstrations to customers; and work with other Hilltop Camper and RV departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality. • Displays passion about building relationships including following up with both current customers, internet leads, and walk-in traffic
• Delivers on the promises made to the customer
• Will work 4 weekdays and Saturdays
• Excels when working as a team
• Communicated effectively both verbally and in writing
• Can lift/push/pull 50lbs on occasion to demonstrate product Sales experience in the auto or RV/camper industry is not required, but it is helpful/preferred. We want someone with a very engaging personality who is driven to sell! Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and rents campers and RVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solution for their family fun camping needs. Whether it's purchasing or renting, our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their campers.
