Account Manager (Outside Sales) | Banking & Retail Accounts Location: Aurora, CO 80011 Schedule: Hybrid (Office on Mondays & Fridays | Field-based TuesdayThursday) Travel: Up to 50% within the assigned territory

Compensation

:

• Base Salary: $65,000$75,000 per year
• Performance-Based Commission
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn approximately $150,000 annually
• $400/month Car Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business within an established territory. This position supports Banking, ATM, and Retail clients and is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. This is a hybrid position with local travel throughout the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing and prospective accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Prepare customer proposals and pricing recommendations.
• Maintain accurate account information and activity records.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Account Management, Business Development, or Outside Sales experience.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
