Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales objectives.
• Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and assisting with negotiations.
• Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and performance management.
• Monitor sales activities, lead follow-up, and CRM compliance.
• Ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process.
• Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to create an exceptional ownership experience.
• Analyze sales performance, gross profit, and key performance indicators.
• Recruit, interview, and develop top sales talent.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
