Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Supervisors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and services.
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items.
• Supervise junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Utilize basic math skills to manage cash register operations and handle financial transactions.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a grocery store environment, including knowledge of grocery products is a plus.
