Overview

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help individuals and families find the right coverage to protect what matters most. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and being part of a supportive team environment, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients with professionalism, kindness, and a helpful attitude
• Listen carefully to clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Provide clear, easy-to-understand explanations of policies
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
• Assist with policy updates, renewals, and basic claims questions
• Build strong relationships within our community
• Meet sales goals while maintaining a service-first mindset What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• A heart for customer service and helping families
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Hourly $18-$40+ an hour plus commission
• Licensing assistance and ongoing training
