Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated NORTH Territory Leasing Agent to join our growing property management team in Snohomish and King County, Washington. This role focuses on managing leasing activities across multiple properties within our King County portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a customer- service-driven professional who enjoys working independently, traveling between sites, and ensuring prospective tenants experience a seamless leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Relations

• Greet and assist prospective tenants with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Conduct property tours across multiple communities in South King County, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Provide accurate information on unit availability, rental rates, and lease terms.
• Facilitate the application process, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain communication with applicants, follow up, and secure signed leases. Customer Service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants across the South Territory.
• Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive relationships by creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at each property. Administrative Support
• Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, tours, applications, and lease agreements.
• Prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies and WA state Fair Housing regulations.
• Keep tenant files and leasing data organized and accurate. Property Oversight
• Monitor property conditions during visits and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Property Manager.
• Ensure common areas present well to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of tenant service requests. Work Schedule
• Thursday through Monday schedule (weekend availability required).
• Travel required throughout Snohomish and King County ; mileage reimbursement provided.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate: $23.00 $26.00
• Commission-based incentives for each successful application submitted.
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS required rate

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel across King County.
• Experience with property management software a plus.
• Washington State real estate or leasing experience strongly preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
