Job Title: Sales Growth Manager South Florida Pay: $90,000 $160,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time | In Person Position

Overview

JL Closets is seeking a Sales Growth Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across South Florida. This leadership role is responsible for attracting top sales talent, developing high-performing design consultants, and supporting the expansion of our sales organization. The successful candidate will focus on strengthening sales performance, improving team productivity, and building the systems necessary to support continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both team development and market expansion. As the company continues to grow, this position will play an important role in supporting expansion initiatives and helping establish successful sales teams in new territories. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Development

• Recruit, interview, and onboard sales professionals
• Coach and mentor new design consultants to accelerate performance
• Support ongoing professional development and skills improvement
• Assist team members with complex sales opportunities and client presentations Performance Management
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance indicators
• Establish accountability around goals, follow-up, and customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve close rates and overall sales effectiveness
• Use reporting and data analysis to support decision-making Sales Process Improvement
• Enhance sales training materials and onboarding programs
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and process improvements
• Support updates to product offerings, pricing, and sales resources
• Help implement best practices across the sales organization Growth & Expansion
• Support market growth initiatives throughout South Florida
• Assist with building and developing sales teams in new territories
• Partner with leadership to execute growth objectives and expansion plans

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a sales team of 10 or more sales professionals or designers
• Demonstrated success recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent
• Strong understanding of consultative and relationship-based sales
• Experience using metrics and reporting to drive performance improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales technology, and performance dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the custom closet, home improvement, design, or related industries
• Background in in-home sales environments
• Experience supporting multi-market sales growth initiatives

• Base Salary: $90,000 annually
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Total compensation potential: $90,000 $160,000+ annually
