: The Crush Brothers is a mobile waste compaction company operating out of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. We started in July 2025 and are already changing the way that companies think about managing their waste costs! We provide value to our customers by: Compacting the waste in their dumpsters, reducing their dumpster hauls by up to 75% Reducing their overall waste costs by 25% or more Decreasing their environmental footprint Managing overall site services To further differentiate ourselves in the market, we partner with local haulers, allowing us to become our customers' one stop shop solution for all their waste needs! About the Position: As the Territory Sales Manager in the Los Angeles (LA) market, you will have sole responsibility and full support for growing sales within the LA market. This is an on-the-road position that requires someone who isn't afraid to knock on doors and cold call. As the Territory Sales Manager, you will: Use our systems and tools to identify and close new business opportunities Engage in on-the-road sales with potential customers and perform demonstrations of our service with a driver Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers Act as a leadership example to our truck drivers Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Other duties as needed Territory- Los Angeles- Van Nuys, Ventura, Chatsworth, Gardena plus others Qualities We're Looking For: Professional and high-energy individuals with a knack for building relationships Experience in cold calling and/or B2B sales Experience and/or connections in the construction, warehousing, and logistics industries Pay: Base Pay 10% Commissions; Uncapped and Continued in Perpetuity Commissions Paid Monthly
