Licensed Medicare Sales Consultant/Licensed-Only Agent (On-Site) OneStop Health Brokers Location: 1712 Charlestown New Albany Rd.Jeffersonville, IN (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

OneStop Health Brokers is growing, and we're looking to bring on 2 full-time Licensed Agents (LOAs) to join our team in our newly renovated Jeffersonville office. This is a lead-supported Medicare sales role , meaning you'll be speaking with individuals who have already shown interestno cold calling lists or door knocking. Our goal is to give you the tools, support, and environment needed to succeed while building a long-term income stream. What You'll Be Doing

• Speak with inbound and outbound Medicare prospects daily
• Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions
• Work primarily from company-provided warm leads
• Option to generate your own leads for additional earning potential
• Document activity in our CRM and follow compliance guidelines What to Expect
• A structured, phone-based sales environment
• Consistent lead flow provided by the agency
• A supportive team atmosphere with ongoing training and guidance even beyond your first 90 days
• A clear path to building residual income through renewals

Compensation

• First 90 Days: $2000/month + commission
• After 90 Days: Commission-only + lifetime renewals
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives What We're Looking For
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtainwe'll cover licensing and exam)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help others What We Provide
