The position will allow you to work from home as well as in our Riverside, CA office. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers through your sales efforts, leveraging your negotiation skills and customer service talents to build lasting relationships. This position offers a flexible schedule perfect for motivated individuals eager to make an impact in the insurance industry while developing valuable sales and marketing skills.

Duties

• Conduct sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products.
• Engage in sales environments, presenting insurance options clearly and confidently to meet client needs.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the sales process.
• Assist with sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and updating databases efficiently.
• Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their personal or business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Experience
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is desirable, but NOT required. We provide all of the necessary training.
• Prior knowledge of insurance products and sales is also preferred, but is NOT mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or BILINGUAL PROFIENCY IS A PLUS
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet sales goals. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month Expected hours: 10 40 per week
