What You'll Do

• Evaluate and assess the value of items brought in for pawn or sale including jewelry, gold, silver, watches, electronics, and firearms
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
• Process transactions through our POS system and handle cash operations with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain thorough records of all transactions in compliance with state and local regulations
• Keep the sales floor and backroom organized, clean, and professionally presented
• Display merchandise attractively and assist customers with product questions
• Assist with receiving, pricing, tagging, and managing inventory
• Follow all firearm compliance procedures including background check processing
• Be a contributing, engaged, dependable member of this team every single shift

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and personal accountability non-negotiable
• Previous experience in retail, sales, pawn, or a customer-facing environment preferred
• Comfort handling cash, negotiating transactions, and multitasking under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus
• Ability to pass a full background check required for all positions including firearm handling
• Availability Monday through Friday and Saturdays full schedule listed above What We Offer
