We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing automotive sales team in South Florida. If you enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and helping customers find the right vehicle, we'd love to meet you. As a Sales Associate, you'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle-buying process while creating a positive, professional experience that leads to repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs through thoughtful consultation.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
• Conduct test drives and confidently answer questions about vehicle performance, technology, financing, and ownership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and current promotions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service before, during, and after the sale.
• Generate repeat business and referrals by providing an exceptional buying experience.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Stay informed on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Accurately complete required sales documentation and follow dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.
