The ideal candidate will benefit from our generous compensation package and opportunity for rapid advancement. Position includes 90 days of paid training to develop your marketing plan and become familiar with the agency's systems. Followed by quarterly reviews to set a fixed salary based on production, with top Advisors earning $85,000/year plus bonus. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Ohio Insurance License (Required). Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy connecting with people. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to your work. Comfortable working in a dedicated office environment in Strongsville, Ohio. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems. A strong desire to help others protect their futures.
