Position Summary

: IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 149-unit apartment community located in Mountain View, California. Job

Duties

:

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required Job

Requirements

:

• One to three years of multi-family leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good organizational skills
• Must be available to work weekend hours Education

Requirements

:

• High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline IEC offers a competitive compensation package, including:
