Requirements

Valid Idaho Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing assistance available Preferred experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs. Educate clients on available Allstate insurance products and coverage options. Develop and present customized insurance proposals. Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance. Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals.
