Job Summary

: HIS Paint is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Associate with prior paint industry experience. This role combines inside sales, customer service, paint tinting, order fulfillment, and some local deliveries. You will play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring accurate orders, and contributing to store sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with paint selection, color matching, and coating recommendations
• Tint and mix paint accurately according to specifications
• Process point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare and verify orders for accuracy before delivery
• Complete safe and timely local deliveries following company driving policies (when needed)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Support inventory management and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

:

• Prior inside sales or retail paint experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (5-gallon paint containers)
• Ability to operate a hand truck and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of paint and sundry products
• Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
• Knowledge of paint and sundry products
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Schedule: Full-time Day shift (may include alternating Saturdays)
