Now Hiring: Inside Sales Representative Location: Houston, TX 77032 Pay: $24.00/hour + Shift: Administrative (Full-Time) We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our mechanical manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in industrial sales, with a 23 month paid training program provided.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend product solutions
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain sales documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support the Sales Manager with daily sales activities
• Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 25 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Basic math skills
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
