Duties

• Lead and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.
• Coordinate purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
• Maintain organized records of payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and employee schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales management or assistant management roles within a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing store operations.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of merchandising, marketing techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, payroll processing, and stock control efficiently.
