As a Move Consultant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, guiding customers through their moving experience and offering solutions tailored specifically to their needs. Your role is essential in driving sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Structure:

• Hourly Base Rate: $18/hour
• Weekly Commission and Bonuses
• Monthly Sale Incentive Bonuses

Responsibilities

:

• Deliver exceptional customer service on calls and through online inquiries
• Actively recommend moving services and ancillary products that best meet customer needs
• Accurately input customer details into our move software to provide precise moving estimates and efficiently schedule services
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and effectively
• Complete necessary documentation related to customer moves
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months to one year of sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior experience selling services is a definite advantage
• Exceptional customer service skills, including strong listening and clear communication
• Ability to multi-task efficiently, navigating software while engaging customers by phone
• Confidence initiating contact with customers and effectively closing sales
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
• Team-oriented, capable of collaborating with a variety of personalities
